We booked India DLS with T permit from M/s Popular Auto Wheels, Bhayandar-west, on 2nd Dec. We paid down payment of Rs.1, 30, 000=00 as per demand note. and promised for delivery of vehicle within 15 to 20 days with loan from finance company, before payment we submitted our pass book for verification from finance company.
We received vehicle on 2nd Feb without any documents of vehicle and RTO's vehicle no, We asked for documents and representative of M/s Popular auto Wheels told that documents will take time for 2-3 days.
after 3 days we asked for documents and vehicle number plate, same answered received from office, asked for wait for more 2-3 days
we understand that vehicle insurance are booked on 26 feb which are big point of useless service of M/s Popular auto wheels
End of March we got vehicle number plate and Rs. 23, 000 demand note
we asked them for our losses and wait for few days, but they hold our original documents in own custody, we are useless for this vehicle and vehicle are out of road due to original documents, even we does not get free service of book let.
we have to paid installment of loan, we have such finance problem due to vehicle are idle and own money blocked in this vehicle
in this case, Can we get help from consumer form
