I am owner of SWift VDi, reg no: KA04 EG 6809 in Bangalore. I took the delivery of my vehicle on 28th November, 09 from Pratham Motors. Unfortunately my car met with an accident on 5th Dec on Mysore highway.
Bad experience at Pratham Motors - Bangalore:
Unfortunately my new Swift VDi met with an accident on Dec 5 on Mysore highway. I drove the car to Pratham Motors for necessary repair. I was accompanied by my wife who was standing near the security gate while was i was driving in the showroom. One of your customer executive Ms. Swati from Showroom sales passed a comment “ Was he drinking & driving” without realizing that my wife heard the same. She passed this comment to Mr. Arun from PDI who had helped us during our delivery.
Couple of aspects that i want to highlight:
- Foremost, Swati has no right to pass this comment without witnessing the accident or having had any prior experience with me which proves that i am alcoholic.
- I am extremely, extremely hurt with this behavior of your employee & thus decided to bring this to your notice for necessary action to ensure this is not repeated.
- I have highlighted this incident to Kiran J – Lead for Ms. Swati and have given him heads up that this matter will be escalated further.
- I am scheduled for a call with Customer care of Maruti Suzuki this week for a feedback where i am planning to highlight the same.
Request necessary action. I have escalated this to ceo@prathammotors with cc to [email protected]
