Maruti Suzuki/Car Swift D'zire
Delivery of car of color other than demanded

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a car Swift D'zire, for which my choice were

a. Metallic Silky Silver

b. Metallic Sovereign Blue.

I have instead been delivered a car "Pearl Metallic Arctic White".

Despite protracted telephonic requests from Bhandari Automobiles Pvt Ltd, Jhapatpur, Kharagpur, WB, no corrective action has been taken. Please take necessary action
