I have settled my car loan A/C on 23.02.2010 by cash Rs.165800/ as claimed by you for the full and final settlement. But sitill date I was not given the N.O.C for the cancellation of endorsement made in the R.C book of car TN 37 BB 3074. You are wholly responsible and any further delay will cause make good of all losses etc.by you only
