CAR LOAN
Rejection of car loan

I wanted to apply for a car loan for Rs. 1 lac, it has been rejected by CIBIL, I have no dues outstanding, I had 2 loans one from HDFC home loan which I have cleared & obtained a 'no dues certificate' second from Fullerton Financial Company a 2-wheeler loan for which I have also obtained a 'no dues certificate'.

I don't understand which consumer loan is pending against my name so that CIBIL is issuing & rejecting my car loan?

I shall be ver highly obliged to receive a clarification, please.
