Car paid service
Poor Service Quality & Inconsiderate staff

I had just got my Company car serviced at Prakash Auto Pvt. Ltd. Vithalwadi. The car washing was so bad that it was returned in worse condition than it was when I gave it to them even after taking 2 days for the Service. I could have done a better job by hand washing the car.

This was a 'paid' service under their 2 year AMC.

To make matters worse they do not have customer feedback forms normally given with the bills.

Talked to the Owner but he just brushed it off
