Foul play in car service

Hope that Mytvs centre is your sister concern. In order to highlight foul play and bitter experience I had thier I write this. Mytvs feedback site is not functioning, mesg not being regd despite repeated hairsplitting attempts- may be deliberate snarl by Mytvs people.

Proper e-mail ID is not given in your sites preventing client from registering feedbacks.

My Car (Hyundai Getz KL 01 AR 3198, was being serviced at Mytvs centre, Neermankara, Trivandrum, for the last 3 times.

Last one was done on 09.07.2011 (Rs 999 /- offer).

Wheel alighnment was told to be done but no print outs given to me, suspecting foul play on the matter.

On insisting on print out, your staff promised to sentd me by post. I contacted your staff three timesfollowing up the matter for pront out but nothing turned out from your irresponsible and arrogant staff whome I contacted repeatedly (Phone: Nos: 2490673, 9995882151- Vrinda).

Body polish was told to be done, but seemed to be another cheating.

I request U to take appropriate action to send me print out and also end such cheating attitude of your staff
