Lack of PROFESSIONALISM Hi I've got my car (Ford Fiesta) moved from bangalore to delhi. The condition that I got my car back was pathetic and I’ve not expected this. My rear bumper from the left side has come out. The power windows panel on the driver's side is not working for the left window. As a temple on the dashboard I had a Ganeshji's small murti and that is missing. To add to my voes the entire dashboard and the car roof was made very dirty with all those black and white marks. And on top of it in the pocket they have kept all the cigarette and bidi butts which was quite irritating. Other than this there are few items like the car pump, dustbins, and cushions etc that I had kept in the car, which are missing. I had complained about this to the Company owner but no action has been taken. Next the attitude and the approach that these people have is not professional. Till the time they had not received the payment they used to continuously call me but once they had the amount in their bank the whole thing just reversed. I had to follow up with them and after 5-10 calls I used to get the response. Claiming to be in the Services industry these people are just GOOD FOR NOTHING. I would like to know who’s going to compensate for my loss (car damage and missing items). These people are now threatening remove my complaint. Please let me know. I at least expect a call back so that I know that you are responding to my request
