Unavailability of engine parts

Dear sir,

i have brought cb-unicorn about 2 and half yr before. my bike's blog piston is not working and i have informed about this to concern dealer but i am not getting the particular engine part since last month. even i have inquired in Aurangabad and Pune but i am not getting the piston...

please bring your attention to it.
