Tyre inner surface worn out within 4 months

Dear sir,

4 months back I have purchased 1 CEAT Tyre of size 2.75*18 for my HERO HONDA SPLENDOR vehicle.

Recently it is observed the the inner surface of the Tyre is worn out which results in to steel wires came outside & puncture of Tube. Today I observed that the Tube is punctured at 4 places nearest where steel wires came out. I made expences Rs.100/-for the same today.

Kindly give me replacement of the Tyre.
