Dear Sir

you gave us two E-Tickets ID- NF 251421837857 (booking date - saturday 27 November - from Cochin to udaipur via mumbai.

First the fly from cochin to mumbai was one hour in late, so we missed the connexion in mumbai, and we are obliged to have a night in mumbai (payed by King fischer airline) but we are obliged to paid an other ticket from mumbai to udaipur (5.900.- rps by person - )your ticket was refundable...

We misse4d and paid also our first night in udaipur (3.500.- rps).

At the return, same problem, because we don't have enough time for the connection in mumbai. The minimum is two hours and the fly was 45 minutes in late. So we paid another night in mumbai (4.000.- rps) and we are also obliged to pay a new ticket from mumbai to cochin (6.693.- rps by person.)

It seemed they have many problems to comunicate between different aircraft companies.
