Non Delivery of Gas Cylinde

I have booked a Cylinder with Bharatgas on 19 Jan Ref No. (6016641). Now on on-line portal is showing the booking status as delivered but in fact I did not receive any cylinder yet. The authorised people is not willing to talk on this.

Concerned person kindly look on this issue.
