Have made a order via consignment No 2394 (booked on 26 Aug) for the shipment of twowheeler vehicle from chennai to pune. Logistics promised to deliver it in 5 days max but the same was not delivered till 22 Sept.
I spoke to the following persons but the way they spoke to me was completely unethical and threatening ..They said today only they may try to ship it and may get delivered next week (very harshly)... Don't know their service motto inspite of getting full money before shipment... These people may accidently pick up the call after several telephone follow ups... Pathetic service... need solution to my problem and this problem should not be faced by other customers.
