Worst behaviour with the custome

I have booked a new aveo from triumph motors, wazirpur, delhi... but when i reached there to take a delievery, i found a scratch at the drivers side window... when i asked the regarding person, she told me that it will not be rectified and you have to take the vehicle at any cost..later on Mr. P.K. tiwari and Mr. naresh of thetr showroom behave with me and my friend like that we are nothing for them... They screamed on us, produces bad behaviour and even screamed like we are the thiefs... When i told them that i will complaint to the customer care, they told do whatever u want, we will see everybody and you have to take car at any cost... Even mr. naresh jumped on me and told that i will see u... i nwver expect such type of behaviour with such a brand people... Please take necessary action so that this can be eliminated in future...
