Ref: Car Registration No. TN01 AH 5260 (Bought from KLN Motors, Chennai)
KLN Motors attended to the problem on Thursday (8th January) evening at around 5.30 pm but still the front side passenger door latch is not opening and as a consequence the door cannot be opened - it has to be opened manually from inside.
Additionally there is a marking on left side (back side) viewed from front - stating that "Return". Does it mean KLN motors sold a rejected car to me? Please explain. I am very unhappy with purchase and service rendered till date.
I am willing to return the car to KLN if the full amount paid can be refunded.
Please acknowledge receipt and advice.

I would like to bring to your notice that I am very unhappy with purchase made for a new Aveo U-VA model from KLN Motors, Chennai last week.
With regard to the car itself, I would like to state categorically that the dealer has not done any Pre-Delivery Inspection before delivering the car. Except for Driver seat door, all other doors are not opening with the central lock on the driver side. I presume your dealer M/s KLN motors has delivered a showroom display car instead of a new car from their garage.
Also prior to negotiating the price I had specifically stated that I wanted a MP3 Music system and remote locking facility. I made it very clear to KLN Motors salesman Mr. Saravanan that I need the Music System and otherwise I would go for some other car from another dealer. The car was delivered at my residence on 2nd January without the music system and remote locking facility (when I was not in station - I returned to Chennai only on 4th January). However with regard to remote locking facility I agree that your salesman mentioned that only a central locking facility is a part of the car package - so I am willing to accept that matter. But with regard to Music System the KLN Motors Salesman simply hoodwinked me on the matter by collecting the full amount without stating that the CAR will not be without a MP3 music system.
Incidentally I negotiated the deal with Mr. Saravanan on 29th December and handed over the full amount on 30th December. The Car was delivered on 2nd January. Till today no one from KLN Motors has bothered to rectify the CAR DOOR problem. I sincerely regret having bought this car because I am sure the service will be worse as time goes by. So if the matter is not resolved immediately by KLN motors, I would like to please service my new car from your other dealer M/s Sundaram Motors, Chennai. If that is not possible I would like to sell this car and buy another car from some other manufacturer who give prompt and good service.
I would like to state that KLN motors will only give GM Motors a bad name in the long run, since it appears that they are more interested in short term financial gains than building a solid reputation like M/s Sundaram Motors.
I would appreciate your intervention in the matter to resolve the issue.
