Dear Sir,
Few days back I booked a new Chevrolet Beat (Base model) with booking amount of Rs. - on a company receipt. Due to some reasons I could not mature my bank car loan for now. It will mature after 3-4 months.
I ask Mr. Kapil (Mgr. Padam Motors, Patiala) to refund my booking amount for the time, but he refused to do so by saying that this is company rules not to refund the booking amount. As I am planning to buy this after 3-4 months, could it be possible to adjust this amount when I buy this product.
Pl clear me that is it a company policy or not.
This is my second reminder after 4 days. Till yet I havent receive any reply from your side for my first complaint.
