Not attending the problem at service centre

I had purchased a Chevrolet Beat 1.2 LT car from Narbheram Motors, Jamshedpur on 7th. May. I took that car (JH-05-AC-8884) for my first service (Free) to Black Diamond Motors, Dhanbad on 7th November. I told them about the problem that my car has a very low pick-up and while driving the car fails to move properly even putting the full accelerator. They failed to short-out the problem and told me that their sofware for computerised check-up is not functioning. They told me that it will be O.K. and they will call me within seven to ten days. Still now they have not responded and I am suffering for that. I reside in a distance of about 40 km. from that service center and it is a bit expensive to go several times for the same problem repeatedly.
