I have bought a Chevrolet Captiva from SC auto, Thane in Nov - pearl white, manual. car no. MH 05 AJ 9947. Since the time I have bought this vehicle, I have been complaining to the dealer about the very hard clutch which has compelled me to take orthopaedic treatment for my left knee joint. Also, the cracking sound from the dashboard and gearbox has not been rectified. Very soon, I plan to go to a consumer court for justice.
