Poor average

Dear sir,

I have purchased the spark car on 22nd oct from ROOMI MOTORS, CIVIL LINES, KANPUR (UP78 BX 5687) they have claimed an average 18km/ltr which my car is not giving when i complained that my car is giving the average of 10 km/ltr instead of 18 km/ltr to the dealer service station they said in city it will give you only 10km/ltr i really feel ashamed because in my home everybody was intrested for hyundai car & i was intrested for spark, now pls advise me what to do.
