Electrical and starting problem in newly purchased spark ca

I purchased a chevrolet spark car on 11-09 from Black Diamond agency in Dhanbad by invoice no.-R00169.But with due regret I have to inform to you that by 06-10 my car is having electrical and starting problem, due to which I am unable to use my vehicle.
