No spare parts avalible under warranty

I am having a chevrolet tavera car.i had buyed it from padam motors, ludhiana.my car is under warranty from chevrolet.it is having problom of suspension and lock as well.the agency is not at all responsing against my complaint.the car is under this problom from last 6months.
