No first aid offered

Hi,

I was travelling from Indore to Mumbai via flight IC 134 on 31st July. Since the staircase used to alight the flight was wet and so I slipped. I landed on my face that led to brusies all over and my nose started bleeding, the staff helped me up but could offer no medical assistance. I was not even offered ice to stop the bleeding. Luckily I'm a Mumbai resident. Imagine if I had to take a connecting flight - till the time I woudl reached my destination no one would have checked if there's a nose fracture or if I've broken some teeth!!

We claim to be world class but there's a lot to be desired. The best part is I have so much faith in the system taht I'm sure no one will look into this. We will never learn!
