Chironji (dry fruit)

I have booked 6 begs chironji from bhopal to lakhnow. i have recive at 5 begs out of them in lakhnow but 1 begs is missing. I have confirmed from lakhnow station as well but they don"t have any information regarding the sam. kindly please confirmed what is to do. my bilty no. 474854 and train no. 2183 (bhopal lakhnow exp.) S.L.R. no. 91703. loading date is 01.03.2011.
