Arrogance of chintatiripet MRTS ticker counter employee

Hi,

I want raise a complaint against an employee who is working for chintatiripet MRTS railway station ticket counter. This is happening for all the passengers who are travelling daily in train. Today it also happened to me. From Chintatiripet to Taramani ticket costs 12 rs (Return). Normally i used to give the change and get the ticket. Today since i dint have the change (Not even single penny) i gave 100Rs to that person and asked the taramani return. He is a young guy around 28-30 years old. He is incharge for today ticket issue (Around 9:05 AM). From the beginning itself he started to shout at me, by asking the change. I requested him, sir since i don have change only am giving 100 Rs, moreover, who will give 100Rs when they have a proper change. It will save their time as well as your time. Again he asked me to give 2 Rs. The person who was standing behind me gave 2 Rs to me. I found 5 rs note in my wallet and i gave to counter person. He was keep on shouting at me while giving the ticket. I interrupted and asked him that when i provided the requested change why still shouting me. After i told this he blocked my ticket ; gave my 100Rs back and again started to shout me in front all other passengers who are waiting to get the ticket like "when you are speaking about the rules why should issue a ticket. Go and get me the exact fare then i l give you the ticket." I felt bad and embarrassed in front all the passengers. Then all other passengers also started to shout him to issue the ticket.

Kindly take the necessary step on him. How come he can shout the passenger when he is working as a public servant. When he is issuing the ticket he is supposed to keep some changes, to issue for some passengers who does not hold a change. I admit my mistake that today i gave 100Rs in order to get a ticket for 12 Rs. But when am admitting my mistake he should talk quite and slowly. When he doesnt know how to behave with the passengers, whats the meaning of central Govt public servant. Today i have raised this for me also on behalf of other passengers. Kindly take the action.
