I have booked a cab from secundrabad railway station to singapore township around 9.00 pm on 29-07. I recieved the message for booking confirmation (booking ID: 19188) that the cab will be available to me by 9.20. i waited there till 10.00 pm and then i called them back. after so many calls i came to know that the cab will not be available to me. this was very bad on thier part as its thier duty to call customer if the cab is not available after the booking is confirmed. It was a big problem for me as it was late and pocharam is in outskirts. please pay attention to my complaint...
