Unable to render service even after confirmation/ Unprofessional attitude

This is to apprise, you that today (i.e 1st Aug’11), myself had booked a cab service in the name of Danish, Trip ID : 1000241042, Pickup from Jamia nagar at 11:10AM & drop at DLF-Phase-2.

Message was received from AARYA Cab service at 08:58 AM, a second confirmation message was received at 10:03, (50 mins prior to pickup), with Trip ID/ Cab No: DL 1RT 5178, Driver Name: Mahender Kumar / Mobile No: 9871923552.

At 10:56AM, I called at the mentioned mobile no, as per the SMS received from the cab service.

On calling the number, it was revealed that the mobile no was not in service.

So, I called AARYA cab service immediately to know the status, the call went through one of your executive maybe Sonia/ Nancy, who gave me an alternate mobile no of the driver (i.e 09818229394).

On calling this number, initially it was “NO RESPONSE”, so I text an sms on the mentioned number as

QUOTE

“ I’m waiting for you. Call ASAP ..Thanx Danish” . (SMS sent at 11:07 AM / 1st Aug’11).

UNQUOTE

I was at the pickup point, waiting for the cab, since 11:10am, thought if the cab had been waiting lets check on the same.

To my dismal, again I called up on the same mobile no (i.e 09818229394), now someone picked the phone & said its wrong number, I had called at this number twice. (details I’ll provide from my mobile service provider).

Immediately, I called AARYA Cab service, to understand whats happening?? Again some lady picked up the call & gave me another mobile number (i.e 09818118231).

Calling this number, was again in vain, as it was a wrong number.

While standing at my pickup point for more than 20 mins, again I called AARYA cab service, this time again I spoke to some lady, who was briefed about the situation…I asked her since morning I had been given 3 mobile numbers of the driver, but all in vain, so I asked her to call the cab driver (Mr Mahender Kumar) & put me through conference call. She advised that the cab driver will call you.

In the meanwhile, while on call, I received another call from the mob no (i.e 09818229394), it was the driver, on asking where he was?? He asked me my pickup point, I asked him the details should be with him, why is he asking me…Then further I intimated the pickup point (i.e Jamia Nagar, Jaswant Apartement), after listening to this, he said the following:-

1. No details of his pickup, was displayed at his car’s dashboard instrument.

2. As of now, he’s in Mayur Vihar, it will take 40 mins to reach my pickup point.

3. Furthermore, he intimated that neither he or the company (cab service), could retrieve your details, so he asked me to call AARYA cab service.

4. He had an outrageously rude behavior.

Listening to this, was blot from the blue, again I called AARYA Cab service, this time I spoke to Bharat (supervisor) to whom again the entire situation/hassle was briefed.

How could the cab service provider, do not have any details, when everytime my calling AARYA cab service, I was greeted with my first name & the entire details was available at the CRM database.

Who was at fault the cab driver??? or associates who handled the call??? or the supervisor who couldn’t help or myself that I wanted to render your service???

This would have been the 3rd time, when I would have rendered the AARYA Cab service within 1 month period.

This incident had been such unprofessional/ unethical / traumatic, how could you run a service which revolves around unprofessional people, with no attitude to help or render customer service., I was literally on the verge of losing a very very important client, with a huge revenue loss to my company. My reputation was at stake due such outrageous act of unprofessionalism by AARYA cab service & its drivers.

I want a detailed investigation of the entire episode, which took place this morning (i.e 1st Aug’11). Stringent action against the erring cab driver & system glitch that may have caused, if any. I had wasted my valuable time waiting & chasing after the service. I had to exhausts my energy, time for an unattended service.
