Hi,
I have booked a Maruti Suzuki DZire on 1st April and I have been promised that I will get the delivery within 2 weeks. Since last 1 month the dealer is keep on changing the date of delivery and now he is saying that I have to wait for about 2 and half month more.
Maruti is doing the delay in delivery to the dealer.
My complaint is to the maruti that when they are not ready with the production of the car why are they taking the booking. Also each of the dealer should inform the customer about the delay and the exact time of delivery of the car.
