C.LAL & Sons, Gas agency Kashmiri gate
Refill not delivered on time

I booked my Indane gas refill with connection no. 20554 from C.LAL & Sons, Kashmiri gate, on 03 January but not delivered till today 11 January.it is not first time but every time in every session winter or summer.

Staff always says "LOAD" not coming so supply of refills are pending but delivery man of C.LAL & Sons supply cylinders continuously to unauthorized gas re-fillers shops and locale hotels daily at any time 24 X 7.

Is there any one to take necessary action on this common complaint.
