This is in regards to a train booking that i made with Cleartrip.com on 3rd Aug - I was debited Rs 10, 501 for Delhi to Pune - The most pathetic experience is calling them on their customer service number where no one is willing to take accountability of the situation. I have been transferred from one department to the other and now eventually on their website i get to know that my tickets have not been booked and they may refund the money in 15 days. I have 2 concerns here A - Do they have a right to take the money if they are not competent enough to make a simple train reservation B - Where does a customer go if he has a grievance like this, where he has been cheated out of his money from a company claiming to be in the business of providing travel reservation C - Would i be entitled to get interest if and when i get my refund back considering the fact that cleartrip is cliaming that it may take them 15 days to clear this mess .. Looking for a solution to my problems
