I made a booking for the refill of Gas on 23rd April no news till then. From 27th onwards All 5 telephone numbers stopped working. Finally I made a visit to their office on may 3rd. They said they will deliver it on same day it self. On 4th They brought the refill and when i asked for the bill they said there is no bill and i want go and get it from the office and took the refill and went back. They concern delivery person’s name is Raju.
The behavior of the delivery person is as such we are at their mercy. I was using HP at Mumbai. Their service is 100 times better than that of Indane.
Pls. give us a solution.
