Railway gate long time closed

Good day,

i am from melalathur village, railway gate in our village, it's been atomated signal contoled down side gudiyattam and uplink by melpatti station. dec 2nd night from 8.10 p.m to 9.00 p.m gate been closed, six train been passed then the gate been opened.gap between trin passed is more than ten minets.public suffer lot, a heart patient begging them to open but down link not given signal, why this delay been happened and public suffer lots.daily it happened, whom to complaint.
