Colour dull

Dear sir,

I have purchased Honda Activa from Sai Point Honda (thane) In Name of Kavita.sunil.udasi

which is white colour & frame no is ME4JC448DC7336169 Invoice date:06.05.12

I have problem that my vehicle have changed the colour from white to yellowish.& i have to gone at v j Honda (ulhasnagar) for this complaint they have told us that the company r not giving the warranty of colour if we want to do the colour they r charge us Rs.6500/- . So plz told us what shall i do.
