This is Benedict Nirmal and reside at Alandur. My Gas Booking Nos are: 69919 – Mrs Lilly pushpam. Its since last 60 days, we are yet to get our gas refill. We are borrowing refill from our neighbors and they too have run out of stock.
Kindly do help in registering a strongest complaint and if we are able to get our gas refill should be really ease our pain. Kindly do the needful. Please do find in lined email to the senior official in Indane Gas Authority in Chennai. Let hope we have a brigger change system effective. Kindly do the needful.

This is Benedict Nirmal and I'm and cusotmer of Indane Gas (residential) user. We are residing at Alandur, 3rd Nobel Street.
Our Indane Gas agency is Sridhar Gas Company. The owner is Sridhar.
We are facing acute shortage of cyclinder replacement. We have booked the cyclinder 45 days before and havent got our refill.
We are borrowing Gas cyclinder form our neighbor to ensure we are able ot meet our daily needs. This has been a recurring problme for the last two Year.
The whole of Alandur is facing this problem. You can randomly visit the location of the gas center and you can see people waiting with cyclinders to exchange for refill.
The whole location is pained because of this adverse grolly inadequate poor managed Indane gas services.
Possible reasons:
Not sure of the cyclinders are recycled for public uses for generating additional revenues
not sure of a proper booking system in place
Not sure the employees are trustworthy and put the owner in problem.
Not sure of a CRM is in place
Or its basically a procurment problem.
When inquired, they say its more of a operations issue, supply is less, demand is more. Quite didnt understand it.
i request the senior officials to really look into this matter and find a solution for this perennial problem. Please do visit the center / do a ransom visit to houses near by and check the plight of people.
