Dear Sirs,

I am one of the customers of cooking gass having consumer no. L-13393 with Ludhiana Gas Service Field Ganj, Ludhiana (Telephone Nos.2722688/2722188).

I have booked Gas after 21 days of last delivery on 26/05 but till date the Agency has not delivered the Cylinder though another 21 days have been lapsed even after my regular contacts.

It is too much dely. As you know 42 dalys have been lapsed since i got my last delivery. You are well aware that a cylinder can not survive for 42 days even for a very small family. The maximum date of consumption for a cylinder is 30 days.

This delay is very much regretable and the Agencies are doing blackmarketing by not supplying the material in time.

It is requested that instructions be made to streamline the supplies and my delivery should be made within no time.
