We have recently relocated to Kuala Lumpur & thru JUST DIAL got the reference of Corporate Packers for movement of our goods from India to KL.
When we meet them in India they were very good & professional. They packed all our good & assured us that the box's would reached 2 days after we reached KL. But when we reached KL & tried contacting them they informed us that there will be a delay of 1 week for the goods to be delivered. After that we again got back to them & they informed it will take another week to reach.
Finally when the boxes reached us after 2 weeks of which one of the 4 boxes were left back in India as the they had no knowledge regards the shipment of a baby cot.
We had made the full payment for 4 boxes in advance (which was a big mistake).
We had to followup for 2 months with Riyaz regarding our money as well as our baby cot. He kept giving us excuse saying is not in town, out on vacation, the cot is in the godown along with other goods, it cannot be removed till the other goods were dispatched & he was very reluctant to pay us our money back.
Very Very unprofessional company and does not have any knowledge in this business.
