Late for delivery

I am customerof bharat gas from bhainsdehi dist. Betul (m.p.). My consumer no.1866 i has bookeda cylinder 6/july/11 in aprajita gas agency however till today 14/july/11 the cylinder has not been delivered to my home. I asked them they said that i do not give home delivery.sir,
