This is regarding the complain about the movers & packers, i had booked my house hold item through Cross cargo movers & packers for Patna & Paradeep.
For Patna in total 30 packets where there out of which they delivered me only 29 pac on enquiring they told that one item is lost so you can deduct from the balance amount which was left.
For Paredeep 17 items was there including TV, Frigde, Washing machine music system etc...& was promised the delivery within 10days but after repeated followup every time false date was given but they didn;t delivered, after a month it was delivered, but nither of the item was in one piece every thing was literally broken into pieces, When informed about the same we were told that its happen, you send the photo we will process for the clame, mail was sent to them but no revert from there side till date, nor any body is pickingup the phone, i sent one of my cousion for the insurance copy but they didn't gave the same now i don't have insurance copy so that i can personally speak to the insurance company. Now i doubt the they had done the insurance for my items.
Request you to kindly guide me what to do or any action been taken against them.
