on 17th june morning i went to station for booking my tatkal ticket from matura to surat for 19th june.when i received ticket from him the amount printed was 433/- but he taken 440 from me.when i argueed about this matter he is scolding me very badly.sir, not only me he is taking extra amount from everyone... dis incident was in FARRUKHABAD station... plzz sir take action..i request u as iam student and he scolded very badly to me because i was alone and no one was there to support me... i hope u will take action..ny doubt abt dis contact me-9396971893
