We came to know regarding car parking on open area in building premises. As per the expert socity has no right to ask for charges against the car parking in open area as i am resident of a housing socoety in c-8 block in kessav purm near metro station.i do not own a covered parking. i am car parking in open area in dda premises. now socity committee is planing to charges RS. 350. every car / month.please comfirm whether we should pay or not along with coding act /not . secondary comlaint in our area motor cycle repar shop, car washing shop . third complaint illegle constrution in 123B /c-8 . 2nd floor. fllor kye uupper floor banaya gyaa hai jo ki illigeal hai.
