Deccan express packers and movers
Goods were not unpacked

I had sent my household goods from Pune to Bangalore on 28th November through deccan express packers and movers.

The goods were delivered to Bangalore on 30th November. But the delivery guys did not install the dis-assembled bed and wardrobe as agreed at the source.

The goods are still unpacked and I have already made full cash payment at the source as insisted by the packers. They were not ready to transport the goods without full payment.

Please suggest me the way out.
