I Sumeet Koul, along with my wife and a baby of 8 months had booked decan air from katra to sanjichat and visa versa on 7th may and return was on 8th may. I waited there for 5 hours and they were giving stupid excuses the helicopter is demaged. The people there who were travelling by pavan helicopter were saying this happens daily as the deccan air is taking black and the one who book tickets online, they dont serve them. After waiting for 5 hours we had to go walking with our 8 months baby and cant imagine how pain full it was.
I dont know why people are not aware and complaining about the same. But if commenting here will not help, I will go to high to acceclate this.
