To The Owners of Dev Movers & Packers,
I got shifted from Bangalore to Chennai on 30th Sept. 2010 with the Dev M & P!!!
Well below is the summary of the world class service of Dev :
My Bill no is: 12617 & 13806.
First of all i was booked for a single container truck with the executive Mr. Akshay and he took Rs. 18, 000 for it. But when i received the goods it came in a open truck with also in sharing with someone else!!!
The staff behaviour while packing was not good and while unpacking it was absolutely bullshit... They told me they are from Best M & P and they are very tired, so they just unloaded the things and went away saying that do the unpacking on your own... what kind of rubbish service is that!!!
After that i am still struggling to install my dining, sofa, beds, centre table and i have to pay to someone else again to get it done.
Also when i received the goods below are the missing and damaged goods :
a) Centre Table is damaged.
b) TV stand is damaged.
c) Fridge is scrathed.
d) Sofa is damaged.
e) Bed is scrathed.
f) Mud vasses damaged.
g) Glass mirrors damaged.
h) Flower pot is missing.
i) Kodak Camera is missing.
j) Ladies Titan watch, gold ring, fancy neckless, earings missing.
k) No installation is done at all after unloading.
l) Rude behaviour of the staff.
So i want the money refuned which was taken for container truck and also want refund for the damaged/missing goods asap as me & my family are in a terible mental shock right now after seeing this kind of service. If you people provide this kind of service how can someone trust and reccommed you to someone else.
Also when i communicated this to them they are not even bothered to reply.
