Made the payment twice for the same bill

This is to bring to ur notice that hdfc has charged twice for the same bill. Payment was made to dewan motors for the servicing of my motorcycle. My card was swiped twice by the above merchant. On the first occassion there was no print out so they had to swipe second time. This time print out came and I have signed the merchant copy and gave it to them. Latet on I received the message twice for a sum of Rs710/-.Soon after that I called up and spoke to customer care and he informed me that the statement shows that the transaction has been twice and as per the advice of the customer care offical I went to the merchant and discussed with them. They showed the transaction done on the previous day which showed that the payment was deducted twice. I again spoke to the customer care official and she informed me that the payment would be reversed in 12 working days. My recent statement shows my payment was not reversed. In this regard do the needful so that my payment is reversed at the earliest or else I wish to surrender my credit card and close my account and all my dealings with hdfc bank.
