Poor service and misbehaviou

I have a gas connection with DHURI GAS AGENCY having connection no. 12238. i have booked my cylinder on 24 th dec. but still not received after repeated requests.and when i further tried to contact they instead apologising misbehaved with me.please try to resolve it at the earliest.
