Dear Sir,
We are facing lot of problem from these gas agency even after booking the cylinders on time we have to wait for all most 2 months to get the cylinders that too after too many follow ups with them. Many times they just say that cylinder booking is not done from our end, where as we have supporting msg with us for booking the same.
I am not sure where the cylinders are going if we have already booked & the agency has received it from the concern resource. And there is no reply or they don't answer our calls most of the time.
Really not able to bear the negligence of the people who are working there.
I am really not sure whether you would seriously take any actions towards these agency. However hoping & expecting your help on the same writing to you.
Please let me know if there is any procedure to claim a complaint against these agency, so that i will be happy to do so.
