Very poor and late delivery

I am sanjeev phone no.09313460101. my sisters birthday was on 30th august and i had sent a teddy bear on 26th aug (consignment no.*212282118*).till now my gift i.e.on10/09.it has not been delivered. the gift was to be delivered in bihar in katihar city. on 30th august. i belived on such a respectible co. it is my mistake. the service of the compony is very poor. and third class. yhe gift was expensive and there is no update of the gift on the net also. i am register this case on the consumer courts also. and tell every one that it is not a good compony. the service is very poor and the delivery is very late... please enqiry about this compony and please give a extraa care to m utlity other wise i am going to consumer court and going to complaint about it.
