There is a fraud agent in PUNE main RTO his name is Vitthal Kadam, he speaks sweet till you pay him advance sum. Once you pay the some he does nothing. I have paid him Rs 1500 for resiisue of RC book of my bike in Oct. He did nothing, I got my job done finally in mar frm other agent.
