Issues faced by customer (me) in detail
29 March I have contacted DTDC (Kishore) to explain me the procedure of sending cargo overseas through phone (only info given was cost of the total service and pickup/delivery address details).
29March again have asked for email confirmation on what we spoke (same info sent as above).
1 April 3rd party agency called TNT picked my items, they have no procedure of signing off and giving surety of the items in the bag.
7 April its still not sent of shipping, after sending reminder, Mr. Kishore from DTDC is asking me for the list of items which he should have done at the start of the conversation. I have replied with what ever I could remember
16 April I received my goods with items missing
Since then I am in touch with them through emails, I haven't received even a single phone call till date from DTDC, after pushing it to the DTDC head office Bangalore, I get a simple email from London DTDC office stating sorry for any inconvenience caused!!!
I have entire email conversation I had with DTDC, please ensure before using DTDC courier service, they have answers for all the questions you ask.
