Dear Sir,

With regard to the above subject I would like to inform you that I am extremely dissatisfied with the way technicians have taken care of my car. I had to leave the car back for the second time after the service was completed because the work was not up to my expectations. (Please check you records).

First of all I am told that the customer has to call one day in advance for pick up and delivery of the car, but I am extremely sorry to inform you that even if you call one full day in advance, that service is extremely restricted, I was told “we have to check the availability” of manpower for pick up and delivery. Neverthless this is a minor issue.

The issues that are very disappointing is that, even a simple thing like car wash is done haphazardly, without any consideration for the money that is being paid. I had a serious issue with the Idling RPM of my car, which was never fixed despite several complaints, and the easiest way to solve the problem is to say” please replace the part” without even investigating the core issue.

A few months back I had brought the car to Aryan because the front right glass was broken, the glass was replaced, however glass pieces from the previous broken glass still littered the carpet area of the car. Is it so difficult to do a good cleaning job??? I really don’t know…

The day before yesterday I brought my car as the rear right bearings had to be replaced, and I was told that it would take a day to replace it depending on the availability of the spare, which is completely understandable. The issue that really irritates is that only after one and a half days I am given to understand that the spare is not available.

The irony here, is that with just a couple of phone calls, I was able to get the spare and also successfully replace it.

The disturbing fact is that there is no genuine intent in the technician / service advisor to solve a customer’s issue, which is a very sad, but true state of affairs. What is the use of launching globally acclaimed cars when one cannot provide after sales support?

I still am yet to understand how your organization functions when a simple issue of availability of spares is stretched to a day and a half. Well, I definitely cannot change the way your company works, but I definitely can change the service centre…….

I would like to thank Aryan Motors for having wasted almost 2 full days of mine. Just for you information, I sourced the spare (MGP 43402 – 64B01/02) and had it fixed in One hour flat…...Now, does this make me more qualified than your service advisors, or does it go to show the lack of customer sensitivity, in your service advisors….Its for you to decide…!!!

Also I request you to kindly check the history of the number of times my car has been serviced at Aryan Motors and, the amount of money I have spent each time…..
