Dear sir,
We are customer of HONDA for more than a decade owning around 11 Honda vehicles. On Wednesday 30th November we gave our Honda Civic vehicle no. DL4 CAH 1404 to Courtesy Honda Wazirpur with CAP no. 38w for some change of spares. We were committed to deliver the car by 3pm, but when we called up they said that due to some issues car will be delivered by next morning that is 1st dec.
In the morning when we followed (please note that there was no call from courtesy side) they said that the car will be ready by after noon. In the afternoon Mr. Gaurav called at around 10.30 that the front glass of the car has been broken, I was quite amazed, but some how they asked for some more time and said that they will replace the glass. When I asked them to replace it same day then they said that it is not possible to replace the same day as they don’t have stock of the same, as told by service had Mr. Rakesh that is again an amazing fact to know. But after continues request of Mr. Rakesh we spared them more time on grounds that any human can make a mistake.
Today that is 2nd dec.2010 when I called up (please note that there is no call from courtesy) they asked for time till after noon to deliver the car. But at around 3.40p.m today again we received a call from Courtesy Honda that the new glass is broken while fitting, and are asking for time till tomorrow as they don’t have stock of glass.
Dear I would like to ask you how much time will it take get my car back. It is quite irritating top sustain with Honda any more, can you imagine your life without your car for3 continuous days and asked for another day without any fault of yours.
Please revert me fast, as I am planning for some legal action.
